I Gotta let everyone know that the Zumba class/instructors at this gym are the best around! I moved to Idaho Falls and have tried to find a class as fun and energetic and nothing compares to the ladies over in Blackfoot. It really helps that the instructors make it a priority to get know you. Its like going to a party with your girlfriends and burning lots of calories. 5/5 would recommend this class to anyone! Don’t be afraid to go alone! The instructors are more than welcoming and you will be on a first name basis with everyone by week 2.

Well, I Absolutely LOVE Rise Fitness !! Every time I come it feels like Home & Family. I have been a Member for almost 8 yrs & have lost over 100 lbs from using the Equipment & going to Group Fitness Classes when I first started. I am currently working towards losing 100 lbs again with 60 lbs down !! The Instructors & Trainers are Amazing & truly help You meet Your full potential. I would recommend Rise Fitness to Anyone.
This place is a second home and the staple to any day feeling worthwhile. The staff is always friendly and the facility is top notch and well kept. The showers are luxurious and large enough to be yoga pose friendly. There’s also little to no meathead population even though the dumbbells do go high enough to accommodate the polite ones if needed. The Cross Fitters are humble Greek Deity in the flesh and the classes emit a motivational environment that helps everyone within earshot. Come join us, you’ll be glad you did!!!
